Yes! Go Kwiatkowski! Lets get everything we can on the most criminal administration in our country's history. We have two ways of salvation. Either a Democrat can win in 2004 and/or Bush will get impeached and removed from office. I would like to see both, in addition to a pay-per-view event in which they put Cheney and Rumsfeld on the rack while they tar a feather Bush.
It has now been confirmed that US forces used Mark 77 Firebombs in Iraq. These bombs combine jet fuel with a gelling compound and work very much like napalm. Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld love the smell of napalm in the morning. Napalm and its firebomb cousins are incredibly inhumane weapons. The burns these things cause are nearly impossible to treat and those who are killed by them suffer horrific pain.
If our use of the weapons wasn't enough, just consider how pentagon spokesmen responded when the press asked if we used "napalm."
Apparently the spokesmen were drawing a distinction between the terms "firebomb" and "napalm." If reporters had asked about firebombs, officials said yesterday they would have confirmed their use. What the Marines dropped, the spokesmen said yesterday, were "Mark 77 firebombs." They acknowledged those are incendiary devices with a function "remarkably similar" to napalm weapons.Even the Marines that were dropping these "firebombs" call them napalm. The is the kind Orwellian bullshit we have become accustomed to hearing from the Bush Cabal. This sort of hairspliting in the midst of something far more serious than who slept with whom and the definition of "is" is sick and cynical. The lies, misinformation and deceit know no ends with these bastards.
